Apparently the thick layers of paint (black on gray on avocado on white/pink) are covering this delightful color job. I am assuming it was done properly since it's not chipping off like the others.

So the kitchen window has this. It's a hole with a bit of foam thing in it. I think the water it wicking inside via this. I have no idea why anyone would saw a square hole into a window like that.
