I ordered them from amazon because they were cheep. I am on the mail persons walking rout and now probably their least favorite person.
I need to order at least two more because of how the houses were built in the 1880's. Namely that the load bearing wall was not put onto the load bearing support. Which is a tree in my basement. But it's 2-3 feet not there. My wood floors int he living room are bent were it is.
These will not fix that, they are not ment to.
These will be going tin the spots were they are needed to support other things. I need to get some paver stones for under them to keep them from getting rusted in the basement ever floods. (which there are no signs of that ever happening)
I'll post a link if these are worth it. If not I'll be returning them and spending twice the amount to get some from a big box store.
